Hi 👋 all - Iv lost 4lb in 2 weeks - target is 2stone by Christmas 🎄 overall target is 5stone - 5ft9 with a BMI of 39 is not good- I’m just lucky I am very broad but the barrel I have for a belly is a constant worry (imbaracment )

That’s good if you keep going you’ll be on target

Have you measured your waist? That is a great incentive as it is a good indicator of loss of visceral fat as it gets smaller
