Well today Was a no exercise day regarding my walking but I watched my calorie intake tho.
I look forward to my weigh in on Sunday but I have some gardening to do tomorrow which I hope my injury doesn't get in the way of.
2 rest days in a row but I welcome my gardening challenge on Saturday π
When it comes to food I have been up and down when it comes to timing like having breakfast at 3 am in the morning and going to work at 8 is rather annoying but is mainly down too the medication I take which I take at night and makes me hungry.
I know I need to find a balance and need a bit of motivation on Sunday to make me want to do a long cycle ride hopefully fingers crossed it will be my weigh in!
I did eat 6 slices of toast with cream cheese and ham in the morning but it was a massive urge to get some food in me tho.
Lamb roast for dinner as I skipped lunch for some cucumber snacks instead.
Overall I still feel comfortable I am making progress but learning from my mistakes
