Thyroid problems

The last couple of weeks I have been extremely tired and I had noticed the despite still eating well and tracking my calories my weight was not going down in fact it's been going up. So I had my annual thyroid function blood test as I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid two years ago and the doctor has now doubled my medication so hopefully I will start to see an improvement. And my weight will start to go to right way again.

Well done LittleLynne for sticking with it and having the sense to get your thyroid checked 😊 Fingers crossed you see the results you deserve

My gp checks my thyroid levels every 6 months, I guess it varies with different doctors. Low levels make you feel awful don't they? Hopefully you'll soon have more energy and can get your weight loss back on track 👍
