Ahhh my free trial has come to an end have to pay and can’t afford it. Do you know any app which is free and as good as the nutracheck app please???

Most people seem to use My Fitness Pal, which I believe to be free, Bridge

Yes tried this one but not as good..nutracheck have pictures of food and already food added so quicker...I will have to try my fitness pal again x

I use pencil and paper too my OH too my amazement is very religious about writing it all down and adding it up he started last week after I had been on it a week.

Another vote for the free version of MyFitnessPal here. I’m finding the barcode scanner very useful!

I use this but need to turn the volume down on my phone as the beep freaks my dawg out! In fact if I stand anywhere near the fridge with my phone now he gives me a look
