Hi and welcome to the community! Good luck to you on your journey!
Hi and welcome,
Good luck on your journey. Not sure what you are doing now or planning to do, but take it one day at a time and make sure you are eating protien, fat and carb at each meal... watch your portion size and if you want help with planning let me know and I'd be happy to help. ☺
Try to avoid the ready-made gluten free food as much as you can, such a lot of it is loaded with sugar and unhealthy additives.
If you're ok with vegetables, base your meals around them, add some good quality protein. Get your carbs from high fibre sources, like sweet potato, legumes. Try buckwheat, quinoa, chickpeas if you haven't already done so.
Perhaps have a look at 'Gluten Free Guerrillas' on HU for food advice.
