Hi there, Joined today and having a good read of the plan and posts.
I plan on starting on Sunday 1st Oct so this hopefully will give me a couple of days to navigate this site, plan menus, get 'healthy' grocery delivery and start a journal.

I only joined yesterday and started my first day today! Everyone is so welcoming! I wish I had thought of your motto! I'm hoping to sit down and plan tomorrow for a 2 week plan that I can follow and alternate week from week! I've winged it today and hopefully I'm doing okay! Good luck on your journey you already seem organised which will be great for you in the long run!

Wecome to the forum I find planning in advance helps.i make a batch of overnight oats for a few days for breakfast.make my lunch and always got low calories jellys made up for a sweet treat. it do get easier as you go. Good luck xxx
Great idea to get set up properly and soon that's a new habit. Also have a look at the daily diary and get some ideas for meal options.. 😀best wishes to you
