Today is my 3rd day on my new plan.... The 8 week blood sugar diet (see my previous posts over the last few weeks, lots of ups and downs 😨) I'm feeling good, actually really good. I've managed to stick to the plan NOT, over eat and whilst there have been moments of OMG I'm hungry I've waited and ate my 3 meals at regular times through out the day. I've got a PMA (positive mental attitude) and I am to keep it!

The 8 week blood sugar diet is a super plan which really works,
I completed it and lost 10 kg and inches off my waist and best of all reversed my high blood sugar levels and reduced blood pressure. I am no longer pre diabetic. I never felt hungry or the need to snack apart from a few almonds or walnuts at tea time, the recipes were easy and delicious. I have totally retrained my eating habits and am still losing weight though now eating more than 800 cals a day, iI started on 30 June at 81 kg and am now 66.7 kg . My dress size has dropped from 16 to 12,
I found the book inspirational and still refer to it from time to time, I am sticking to a low carb diet

Yes, look up the 8 week blood sugar diet on line, it's a good book and the recipes are really easy to make. I managed to get it on google books for 32p (they did give me a £3 credit 😂) definitely worth buying. I have felt hungry at times, so I make sure I have have hot drinks to keep me on track.
