Cheering you on to reach your goals πππ
I'm unsure why you've joined us, Bosebecks? At 101lbs, you can't be considered overweight, unless you're shorter than 4ft 6".
If you're wishing to tone your body, then I suggest you consider an exercise programme, but not a weight loss one.
I'm unsure why you've posted about your birthday, too?
Hi my name is becky I'm 26 years old and have special needs and I have a rather big tummy and thought that this forum will help me get to my goal by losing 21 lbs in 3 months and the reason why I put down about my birthday it's kinda special for me and thought that people who are on this site will make me happy.
How tall are you Becky, because you don't weigh very much and don't have 21lbs to lose? I think you'd be better off exercising, to tone your tummy. Have a look at this link

Your birthday will be a very exciting time for you, but by December, most people here will have forgotten, so if you're still around, post on your birthday, so that we can send you good wishes
Hi I'm 5ft 10 inches and I'm on medication for my special needs and I think that is why I weight so much , do you have any tips to lose weight
