I have put on weight again l was 15 8 l am now 16 3 l need to get back on track but l have just turned 60

Interesting that you have put 'but I've just turned 60' as if it as an excuse or reason for not living a healthier lifestyle. I didn't start my weight loss journey until I was over 60 ( I hadn't had time to put 'me' at the top of my list of priorities until then!) and have now lost over 7 stone in 14 months. As you've been here before I'm sure you know that the support you get really helps with motivation so join in, be active and enjoy the journey.

What works for many of us is a combination of the Low-Carbohydrate, High-Fat (LCHF) diet (see the forum here un Health Unlocked) and Not Eating all Day, AKA Intermittent Fasting (IF). See:
