Welcome back susan.
As moreless has mentioned, much will have changed but as ever, being active is generally the key to success.
Good luck!
Interesting that you have put 'but I've just turned 60' as if it as an excuse or reason for not living a healthier lifestyle. I didn't start my weight loss journey until I was over 60 ( I hadn't had time to put 'me' at the top of my list of priorities until then!) and have now lost over 7 stone in 14 months. As you've been here before I'm sure you know that the support you get really helps with motivation so join in, be active and enjoy the journey.
Welcome back, susan666 .
What works for many of us is a combination of the Low-Carbohydrate, High-Fat (LCHF) diet (see the forum here un Health Unlocked) and Not Eating all Day, AKA Intermittent Fasting (IF). See:

I hope you have had chance to read all the information Moreless gave you yesterday? Reading posts and replying to others is very helpful 👍
Have you decided upon an eating plan? This is so important, eating good enjoyable food makes the whole process much easier
