Did my first complete weigh in was 89.7kg now 89kg only small loss but then again only my first week! Now onto week 2 and incorporate exercise πŸ€—πŸ˜

Whoop whoop - well done you! Just a little word of advice, take it steady with the exercise - above all - enjoy it (or it might be hard to keep it up...)!

Thank you for advice, I've only just gone back to work so only be doing walking for first couple of weeks then plan on swimming

That sounds very sensible. Walking is such a lovely way to get out in the fresh air, relax and get some exercise at the same time. Enjoy : )
