Down Two Notches!

Well I haven't lost any weight this week but I put my belt on this morning and I've gone down two notches!!! Amazing!!! These improvements are just sparring me on. Think it must be the swimming beginning to tone me up. So HAPPY!

If you have lost around your waist you have lost the bad fat (vascular fat) which is inside and clogs up your organs so that is a very healthy sign. Well done!
