Tina needs help

I have just had a knee operation and was told i might need a knee replacement I will need to loose 4st. I need some help after years of dieting I thought I would try this plan.

When I joined back in Jan I changed my view of weight loss from 'diet' to 'lifestyle change'. That and this site has helped me make huge changes, some that I couldn't have even envisaged.

Thank you for your support, I have never counted calories before so not finding this easy to follow at the moment but I'm sure it will become easier!
