It has been 16 days now and I am still the same weight. A holiday abroad and a visit to my mum where I put on 4 lb. Glad I managed to loose the extra so quickly. Looking forward now. I will become healthy.

I have been the same since July fifth!! Dieting like crazy. I don't know why it does that but we still have to keep going. It will change eventually. It has to. Don't give up!

Just wondering if you're taking waist measurements etc.. as well. When I went through a period of no weight loss, I still found that my waist was going down.

It has gone down two inches so far but is still at 37 inches.

Yes, I have taken them and they are the same as well. I just ate too much of the wrong foods when I was away.

Considering the holiday and the gain, you're doing really well to be at the same weight. It should all be down hill from now on.
