I'm back on it. I have been away for about 2 months. No injury just mental blocks that I mostly build up myself. I was determined to on post on here when I felt I was serious. I have worked out for just under 2 weeks and I'm back on it. Could go to my class today so bust out a workout at home.

I used the ( whisper: Nike training club app) I did the lean fit benchmark workout and the basic burner workout.
