Just wanted to say Thank-you for all the lovely replies to my post, I am on holiday for 2 weeks then I shall knuckle down with my portion plates and I am going to see if I can see some sort of weight loss counsellor for my fear as suggested to me.I shall look forward to catching up with you all in a fortnight xx
