So another disastrous weekend. Will spend all week trying to loose what I put on the weekend and so it continues. Need to get off this destructive treadmill

How about posting your intentions on the Daily Diary, to see if it keeps you on the straight and narrow and posting for support before you go off the rails, rather than after?
If you sign up to the Monday weigh-in, it might help to keep you accountable over the weekend
You can do it. Just don't give up.
It's early days, stick with it. Plan your weekends so that you are busy doing things that don't involve unhealthy food.
Don’t beat yourself up. You can’t change the past or look into the future, but you can live for today. Take it one day at a time. Remind yourself why you are doing this! Ask yourself what could you do differently this weekend to keep you focused on your goal? Remember, you are not alone

Most of the weight you put on will be water weight due to the increase in carbs and sugar intake. So, it'll fall off. Not to worry!
