Using a site online I come up this start 93.3 kg now 83.8 kg.

I started with meal replacements twice a day with a main meal and a snacks.

excising on wii fit plus 3 plus times a week to build up my energy.

I know I need to change my eating habits and changing thing into my lifestyle will work better in the long run so I did a web search on food to eat to loss weight, foods that keep you fuller longer, foods your body needs, I have been trying to understand the body more. That's how I came across the nhs website.

My potion size is smaller, I don't snack as much, I never let myself fill hungry as I read your body starts storing when your hungry, I eat 3 small meals a day at 3/4 hour intervals, I watch my calorie intake, And if I eat something that leaves me feeling hungry I just don't have it again. I now excise with just sweat on just dance 4, 150 minutes plus a week,

My Ideal weight is 49 - 64 kgs for a 38 year old 5 foot 3 woman.

I have a long way to go and don't know how long it will take me.

I have to never give up hope.

Can I claim my badge too? I haven't be following the NHS 12 week plan just been doing it my own way with calorie counting plus more exercise. In January I started out at 88.9kg and TorY weighed in at 74.1kg. I've still got to loose at least another 10kg to be a healthy BMI. My goal is to get to about 60kg so a fair way to go yet! Congrats to xsallyx for your badge.
