You need to fix it now! Sorry to be brutal, find the causes, and plan .

I had a very nasty and unsuccessful dental appointment, I didn't comfort eat, it would have done no good ( although lots of tears and cat cuddles).

It's only Wednesday, so hopefully not too much damage, good luck in sorting stuff

Good Morning June,

Difficult isn't it, and a vicious circle...over eat, get angry, comfort eat! I'm afraid the only solution is to break the circle by being very strict with yourself for a couple of days until you're back in the habit of healthy eating, no sort cuts unfortunately, but you already know that.

Me too I have been so healthy the past week but yesterday I went to zumba and felt really faint so on the way home I scoffed a large dairy milk bar!! Feel guilty and annoyed. Hopefully I can restrain myself from tomorrow onwards and eat a banana instead

You need to fix that... I get that sugar-low feeling after exercise too. A banana does help, also take with a small pot of nuts and raisins, nothing too fancy, just as an energy boost in case you need it. Also, weirdly, making sure you have enough water during the day beforehand seems to help too. Good luck :)

* a few tiny bits of dark chocolate mixed in with the nuts and raisins also helps :)
