Five stone down

I went to my weight loss group tonight and accidentally lost three pounds taking me to a total of five stone lost. I think the fact I exercise daily has a lot to do with it. Perhaps my metabolism has sped up. Who knows? I'm feeling very well and fitter by the day. A great feeling!

This is fab news, you look lovely and slim. I'm type 2 diabetic, tabs only and it's nearly back to normal. But I can't lose weight. How do you do it? I've thought of the keto diet, but my GP says no. Don't know if I could dedicate my myself to it though. Is running good for the metabolism, how have you lost your weight? Very positive signs though and we'll done 😊

I do slimming world, run at least 3 times a week, do Zumba, exercise in the garden after a run and ride my horse! This sounds overwhelming but I rode already and I started with small changes. Weight loss started at first, then I did the couch to 5k programme and introduced Zumba as cross training. The garden workouts followed.

Get a hold of Canada's Food Group. And that is all food groups. and Exercise 5 times a week and 2 days off. Monday to Friday and take the weekends off.
