Its August already !!

Its odd going from one month into another Im thinking if I can continue to lose 2 lbs a week I will be in the 11 stone range in September and the 10 stone range by the end of this year Ive never thought ahead before and its good to have an aim I think Perhaps this is where I went wrong in the past !

August snuck up on us, Milliemay! :)

It's always good to have goals, as long as you're not disappointed if you don't meet them. Weight loss isn't linear and tends to slow down, the longer you keep going, so I doubt whether you'll continue to lose 2lbs every week, but there's no harm aiming high! :)
