Not happy.
I found when I increased my exercise at first it slowed my weight loss. This passes and it speeds it up and tones. Consistency is key. So power through it and the inches will fall away. They did for me!
Thank you . Will not put me off
Don't be down. You're doing great. I'm trying not to weigh myself every week because of exactly this. I did grab the tape measure to check my waist though and I also have no change this week.
I bet you felt great about your healthy food intake and your exercise before you jumped on the scales. Just hold onto that thought
3lbs is a lot of fat SandyH77 (I've just checked and it was 3 1/2 wasn't it?) It's a cliche but weight loss isn't linear, that's 1 3/4 lbs each week which is a perfect rate. π
I once read somewhere that women shouldn't weigh themselves every month depending on their age. Apparently your weight can fluctuate due to where abouts in your cycle you are. I used to suffer from PMS and my weight used to go up and down constantly regardless of how good I was.
I know what you're doing right... You are taking action for a better you π
