You just have to stick to it and just keep trying, it will fall into place eventually. Don't beat your self up, it won't solve anything- take it from one who knows.
You are a winner all the time you are on the forum and taking part.
Try and stop and work out why. My problem I think was portion distortion. I wasn't weighing my food in the evening.
What do you think you could change?

It's not easy for any of us Bali, you just have to keep picking yourself up and moving forward.
Throw yourself into forum life, as it really does help. Join a weigh-in, the Daily Diary, the challenges, respond to other people's posts, read inspirational stories. These are the things that work for us and that can work for you too

Bali1501 I hear you. I didn't want to go this morning at all and almost didn't. But just put the clothes on and stepped outside and legit put one foot in front of the other and I was finished. I get it, I truly do. Don't give up!!!!! Just fake it till you make it.
Just out of a matter of interest are you eating enough @Bali1501?
And are you getting enough sleep? Sometimes a nap can put it into perspective. Change things up a bit too. Eat different food and walk somewhere new. Best of luck ☺
Hi Bali1501 dont worry too much, are you sure you have been eating enough and weighing everything to ensure it has enough and not too many calories in it. Check out your details on the bmi calculator and ensure you have been eating enough calories in a day to lose weight. When I first joined I found out that with every diet that I had done in the past and even this one as well and also in general life I wasn't eating enough calories. I was only eating around 1000 calories. This meant that my body thought I was starving it and turned everything I ate into body fat and this weighs more than eating the extra calories does so it stops you losing weight and sometimes means that you put weight on instead. Please don't make this mistake as well and good luck with your journey.
