Bad Week, Not a Happy Chap.

Hi Community

Had a Bad week. Target Cals Less than 2000 a Day and have Done 2400. So will do better next week. Cycled 32 miles today to make up for this week. First time in 18 weeks not keep to my Target. Not a Happy Chap.

Phil62 don't beat yourself up - just look at where you went wrong and focus on what you need to do this week

Try and plan your meals / Calories

Be gentle with yourself :) hitting your target 17 out of 18 weeks is pretty darn good and 32 miles cycling is just plain awesome :)

I think falling off the wagon is something that happens to all of us, certainly me, and you just have to pick yourself up and carry on without worrying too much about it.

We all have times like that so don't beat yourself up over it. Put it behind you and move on, new week so new motivation with you back on track again to make you a happy chappy! lol

Well done on cycling 32 miles today, you did briliiant and burnt off a fair few calories.

I known your right. But people keep saying I am losing to much. But I don't agree.

I am 5 ft 6ins and weigh 10st 11lbs and want to weigh 9st 10lbs.

I known I exercise a Lot and don't find it a problem.

Do you think I am doing to much and is my Target to Low.

Hi Phil62 have you lost any weight since you started. It really helps to step back and look at what you have achieved when you have a step back

Yes I have Lost 3 Stone. But just had a bad week. People keep saying I have lost to much. But I want to lost another Stone. My wife watches what I eat and how many cals I have. I really want to be 9st 10lbs.

I was 13st 13lbs. I exercise 5 days a week, and cycle 100 miles a week. But I enjoy it and feel Healthy.

So I am going to carry on. Thanks for your Reply
