I had some lovely messages while I went on a power walk this morning so thank you everyone. Now some strength exercises for ten minutes then I'm done. I had the whole beach to myself if anyone wants to join me!

where's the beach I'm sure I have walked aloong it- the buiding looks familiar but I cannot remember where- SW of England or South Wales I think?

It's Dovercourt beach on the Essex coast. Clacton is further round but we are quiter on this part. Harwich is around the corner and Felixstowe port on the other side of the river.

Obviously not the beach I was thinking of- it may have been in Holland since my sister used to live there and we did a lot of walking when I visited. It looks lovely- I am currently watching the news whilst thinking I should get my breakfast sorted= had a lot of late nights this weekend and I am feeling it today was well as an emotional one

There are regular sailings from Harwich to Holland. .always have been so maybe you saw lighthouses from the ship? Very lucky to have this on my doorstep. Late nights kind of mess body clock up a bit. I'm applying for jobs that will mean shifts on customs and immigration. Cross that bridge when I get to it. !

It's a beautiful beach and I wish I were close enough to join you! The beaches around here are mostly all shingle. Not really sure why they call it that when it's all rocks......
