hi all well done to you all who stayed on track and are reaping your rewards ,as for me counting the calories is proving a mammoth task but am not going to give up ... have been good no cakes or crisps so hooray ..that was my biggest battle hope to stay on track be rewarded when i weigh in a week later.

I'm new to counting calories and I've downloaded a free app for my android phone which is really simple to use. It's called track and it it's a green logo that looks like a cross between an apple and a calculator. Hope this helps💖
Well done for keeping it up. I count calories using an app and have been doing so for 6 months. It was tough at the beginning, but now I just know what is what and only really have to check if it is a food that I don't eat often. So keep going and it will get easier. Well done again.

Why not try making a list of the staple foods that you have in your cupboard and write the calories beside each one. Stick it the inside of the door, then when you go to the cupboard you have an instant reference.

Hi,
I write my meals and calories in a notebook under breakfast, lunch etc. So, when I have the same meal again it is easy to just look back and copy the calories.
When I get a few minutes I add meals that I think I am going to have, so it will be easier when pushed for time.
