Back again after a few days gone AWOL! It was me and my boyfriend's first anniversary so we did lots of nice little things like going out for drinks and a meal as well as a few treats. I also had my first pizza in aaages but was surprised to realise I couldn't actually finish the whole thing!
I gained two pounds but I'm not worried because it was such a nice weekend. Being on here has really helped me begin to adopt a more healthy mindset and realise that a few 'naughty' days aren't the end of the world, you just have to pick yourself up and get going again. Have a lovely day everyone x

You can soon turn that gain around now your back on the wagon. I'm back on it too this week after partying all last week with the family!
That is great that your starting to realise you can have a treat without it being the end of the world. Sounds like your definately in the right mindset now to getting a healthier you.
Yes, I've realised that not demonizing treats takes away the pressure and guilt that used to come with dieting and in turn I don't feel rubbish and demotivated if I choose to eat something unhealthy, I just compensate by making healthier choices afterwards.
