Good Sunday everyone ....two days off yayyy ...no 15 hr or night shifts for two whole days ...just don't know what I am going to do with myself lol...cooked a nice "fry up" this morning.... a couple of muscle food sausages and bacon medallions, some plum tomatoes and a fried egg cooked in frylight added addition of one unhealthy slice of toast with butter. It came to 600 calories but as its breakfast and lunch combined I'm happy with that.
Also my cold seems to be going finally.
This is also the first time I have used the page on my computer .....it looks wayyyy different to using it on my phone ...
I think I'm just going to chill and watch TV all day. What are you all up to?
