1lb loss :)

I have lost the pound that I gained last week. There were no days out and takeaway treats this week pushing me over my calories. I was very strict on myself. I also managed another Couch to 5k run. My aim is to carry on with it this week and again drink more water. Does anyone have any quick tips on losing weight? I have lost 4lbs in the last 5 weeks but I'm beginning to struggle. Any advice would be welcomed. Thank you and I hope everyone has a great week. :)

Have a good look around the forum Mon3 there are lots of posts in the topics section etc 😊

Also think about joining one of the daily weigh-in groups, the support on there is fabulous. 😊 They are in the 'Events' section to the right of the Home screen (or right at the end after all the posts if you are on a mobile )

You're doing brilliantly! The only tips I can offer are:

1. Plan your meals as much as you can. I use an app to count my calories and am constantly shuffling things around in the day but make sure I stay with weight loss range.

2. Vary meals as much as you can. Try some new recipes, make it fun not a chore.

3. Move as much as you can. When I say move it could mean a full on couch to 5k session or another once round the house with the vacuum.

4. Smile you are amazing :)

Losing a pound a week is a good way to go for sustainable weight loss. If you try for the quick crash diet you ending doing just that - crashing! And then you put on all the weight lost, plus more. So really, there is no quick way, just slow and steady to a healthier new you! :)
