Today feeling a bit down , not been on my bike for a week and it showed on the scales. Had watched what I ate but did have a couple of scones very yummy but now regret it, as I hadn't had biscuits, cake or chocolate for 9weeks and have lost 1st 8lbs so why am I being so hard on myself ! Can anyone out there share these same feelings 😏

Hi Ganny, I'm guessing you mean a pound up by your post. I've definitely felt like that this last week. I was up two weeks in a row and knowing what I did wrong wasn't much in the way of consolation. On the other hand, it happened and nothing is going to change that, especially not beating myself up about it. All you can do is carry on the way you mean to go on not worry about the past you can't change. It's about the overall trend, not blips along the road. 1 1/2 stones in 9 weeks is great progress so you know you can do it.
Good luck, we all have those sorts of weeks. You'll get there in the end.

Don't beat yourself up this is healthy eating for life. Can you honestly say you will never have a biscuit a piece of chocolate or scone again.
You can have an ocassional scone biscuits or chocolate as long as you count it in you calorie allowance for the day.
You have done really really well. Well done.

It's easy to be hard on ourselves . Look at your marvellous loss , and only a lb on , that's pretty good
