Iceland Sushi Pack... Calories?

At work today a friend gave me a pack of sushi that he says was from Iceland. There was no nutritional information on it as it seemed to come from a multipack. Since then I have been scouring the Internet for nutritional information on this product. Does anyone know it? What's the weight, the calories per 100g and fat,?

Thanks in advance.

The NHS calorie counter has items listed for YO! Sushi so I presume they would be similar.

With time and experience you will be able to more accurately estimate portion size and weight, but I still weigh and measure what I can whilst at home.

Ps was it this item?

Calories 150 per 100g, pack size 235 g, total calories 352

Also, further to Anna's advice, download My Fitness Pal (free) .They have a huge database of all sorts of foods -although Iceland sushi does not seem to be there .The advice on MFP is not to stress if you cannot find exact same one but get the nearest ,All nutrition is listed -and it will let you scan barcodes too. Brilliant app .Good lunch I hope even so !

I would imagine the fat content of sushi would be very low. Fish and rice, seaweed and cucumber: pretty much all carbs and protein.

How was it? I have never had frozen sushi.

It was OK but sushi is also quite high in sugars, to my understanding

Well, rice is carbohydrate. So, technically that would convert to sugars.

Not what you're looking for?
