I was just wondering if everyone is sticking to 1400 calories as it says on the site or is anyone doing anything differently. I am trying to eat more healthily and that means I am not eating anything with sweetners in. I am trying to eat more natural foods.
Hi Cassy, I've got an app on my phone called myfitnesspal you can put in your weight and it estimates calorie intake for a 2lb a week loss. I was aiming for the 1400 calories a day, but had real trouble weekends so usually went over by a hundred or so calories. But I didn't go too mad, and didn't quit just because i'd gone over by a bit. I think as long as you're eating healthy and you're happy just cut down gradually till you can manage the 1400 a day. The app is very good and I find it helps loads. Good luck on your journey.
