Hi everyone

I was just wondering if everyone is sticking to 1400 calories as it says on the site or is anyone doing anything differently. I am trying to eat more healthily and that means I am not eating anything with sweetners in. I am trying to eat more natural foods.

Hi Caroline, have you checked your BMI with the BMI Calculator? it will tell you how many calories it recommends for you. Good Luck.

Hi Cassy, I've got an app on my phone called myfitnesspal you can put in your weight and it estimates calorie intake for a 2lb a week loss. I was aiming for the 1400 calories a day, but had real trouble weekends so usually went over by a hundred or so calories. But I didn't go too mad, and didn't quit just because i'd gone over by a bit. I think as long as you're eating healthy and you're happy just cut down gradually till you can manage the 1400 a day. The app is very good and I find it helps loads. Good luck on your journey.

I eat 1400cals per day, seems to work for me. I know some people do things different so find what works for you

I fast (up to 500 calories) twice a week and when I get to my goal weight I fast just one day a week.
