I'm still here and doing it! Lol..I won't be able to post much as I'm always working. But will check on activity as much as possible. Just wondering though I was told to have 1200 calories daily...a friend said it should be 1450??? Well I'm only just managing to hit 1200....is this ok??? I feel I'm eating too much though now and I am using a planner to log...I haven't had breakfast for years!!! Can't wait till Monday weigh in 🙈

You need to check a bmr cakculatir which will give you a calorie guide based on your weight, age, activity level, this will give you a better guide to how many cals you need
I did the BMI check on the home page added my weight etc also did another planner on line and that said the same...think I'm going to check again? Will see?? Thank you and have a good evening 😊
1200 is quite low . . . I'm only 5'1" and lost weight on 1400-1500, but we are all different ☺

No I'm not....I will look for another day but don't know how to do it yet?? Also I thought 1200 was low looked elsewhere and it does say 1400 ish....I do struggle though to eat the calories....thank you 😊
