I miss running I think , I know I lost 20 kg before just by running for a year plus. I haven't exercised for 9 months already. Gained a lot. I don't know how it will go. 20 mins run shouldn't be that difficult at all.

Why not get back into running using the C25k programme to slowly get you back on track.
this is the programme I've decided to use because I'm quite terrible at running ! I find it really useful and nice that I have Sarah Millican cheering me on haha
Hi - I definitely agree with you there ! Running really helped my weight loss, but I'm the same as you, I've not really been running for ages due to an injury a while ago and then losing the habit.
Good luck with getting back into it ! the C25k idea is a good one - even if you don't start right back at the beginning ?
