Dear Anna,

thanks for your reply to me - I did not pick it up till after the weigh in closed and so was unable to reply from there. Then I had the bright idea of trying through the green gym posts. And here it is.

Have you been out gardening today. The weather was quite good here but I had other chores but I am hoping to get to the allotment and toget stuck into our own garden this weekend.

This week that [ and fast walking] will be my only exercise and I think any weight loss will depend on it.

I'm really liking the Green Gym posts 😊 After being ill and having surgery last year it's great to feel fit and well enough to spend time in the garden 😊

I've been to the garden centre today to buy seeds, fingers crossed we get some sunshine as I will need them to go in a cold frame 😊

So am I! I am sure the gardening is very therapeutic as well as enjoyable. Getting out in the sun and getting exercise is so good for you.

But watch any seedlings this weekend as its supposed to be frosty overnight in much of the country. Even in sunny Bournemouth, I have been marching my seedlings back and forth from the greenhouse this week. They are coming on nicely, though.

I only grow hardy things from seed geniii plus a few more delicate things I buy in 😊 And it does make a difference being coastal, although here at the opposite end of the country the temperatures are quite different!!! Lol 😂

Nice raised bed and not a weed in sight I agree ANewMe2022 gardeing is the best exercise when the sun is shining. Today is damp and miserable but I really should get out and do some more work on the pond - a two day job that is now running to three....
