Lost 1 and a half pounds so that a total of 8 pounds off in two weeks. If I can maintain a steady loss of 1 to 2 pounds I will be well happy . Combining diet and exercise is definitely the way forward . But above all your mindset has to be positive and you really are focused and determined to loose weight
