KICK START YOUR BODY IN THE MORNING BY DRINKING 400ML OF WATER, JUICE OF A LEMON, SEAWATER AND OLIVE OIL(THAT KEEPS YOUR BOWLS MOVING). YOU CAN GRADUALLY ADD THE SEAWATER AND OLIVE OIL TILL YOU GET TO 1/4 SEAWATER AND A TABLESPOON OF OLIVE OIL. SOUNDS REVOLTING BUT AFTER DOING IT MYSELF FOR 21 DAYS I'VE MANAGED TO FORM THE HABIT...AND I ACTUALLY LOOK FORWARD TO IT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING.

ALSO WATERMINDER IS A GOOD APP TO DOWNLOAD ON YOUR PHONE. IF YOUR OUT AND ABOUT IT REMINDS YOU TO KEEP DRINKING....

I drink hot water and lemon, or Firewater (hot water, lemon and various spices) every morning but I don't fancy putting sea water in it. Not convinced the North Sea is ever so clean. I would rather have my olive oil to cook with.

Glad you are enjoying it.
