I was following the healthy eating plan, I was running (C25K) 3x per week, I started stairs challenge at work (I climb stairs 4x per week: I split for 2 sessions of approx. 5 min). And today... I broke my weight record of 53kg.
The scale showed 52.9kg
I think my scale thought that somebody else was on top I know it is temporary and it will go up, but it was sooo great to see it!!!
I also did other measurements, so after work I'll put it into the system and compare with the previous ones.
Today I feel lean and fit and happy

I concentrated on free, easy to reach type of exercises: running (that I start to enjoy, I used to hate it), stairs at work, gardening (although I kind of hate it, but it is still good workout and quite a lot of calories burnt).
Oh yes I am I doubt in seeing a progress for a long time, and such a nice surprise on Monday morning Perfect way to start the week
I think that I stopped making such a big deal about my weight. For now, I'm concentrated on staying with healthy choices, counting my calories, and most importantly moving more, enjoying summer.
I still plan my meals, try to have all under control, but when I stumble, I don't worry so much
