Ok so today is my 32nd birthday and so far all the people that matter have remembered so that's all good I guess xx but now it's bedtime and my 5 year old with special needs is in hyper active mode and my chest pains have started again all this while waiting for the window fitter to arrive to fix my bedroom window and my other half is still at work
Oh well no rest for wicked and all that Jazz xxx
This mornings weigh in was still at 22st 3.5lbs so alls good there at least and the keeping within calories has been pretty good even with the cake and a few other treats but as I loose the weight and those numbers go down I'm going to struggle more lol
Take care everyone xxx

Happy Birthday 🍰🎉
Hope you find time for yourself, take a few deep breaths you can achieve anything xx
I'm sorry to hear that you have a few problems to contend with at the moment and I hope that situation settles down soon for you.
Well done for managing to stick to your calories, but don't start worrying that you won't be able to reduce further, because by that time, you'll be used to having less, so it won't be more of a struggle at all
Thanks everyone xx little one laid down with his iPad then my other half walked through the door then the glazier knocked all within mins of each other so my evenings already looking up xxx just got to make sure to stay calm and make sure my chest doesn't flare up too bad xxx
Happy birthday firesprite85 . Don't forget...your not 32 for just 1 day but for a whole year so celebrate often and in style 😊
Happy birthday! Just try and visualise yourself on your 33rd birthday and you have lost 1lb per week - 56lb, that's 4stone down. When those numbers go down, you won't worry about calorie numbers going down, you will feel so good, and you will find you don't actually need or want any more. Just imagine 2lb per week..... you can do this firesprite85 . Believe in yourself. Read some of the recent posts from candystripe for example, and she is by no means the only one who has not believe she could do it, but taken one step at a time, and got there in the end! 😊
