Hi everyone, I didn't post last Sunday. I did weigh myself that morning, I was disappointed I put the 5lb back on. But very happy to being back to active.

What I should have done, was to post here my downfalls on the day. But instead I sought the comfort of food. Sometimes I ask myself 'why are we food driven when distressed?' Because I'm one them!

But since I'm back rowing and cycling, I've lost that 5lb again. This morning having my gluten free cornflakes with chopped fresh banana and coconut milk. Along with coffee white with 1 sugar. I've went from 2 heaping sugars to 1 level sugar in my coffee. Took getting used to, but done it.

Apologies for being a stranger and definitely be here more often.
