A mad fortnight

Hello all,

Well, my first two weeks have not gone well. Very stressful with work and my father in laws funeral, however my aim was to make sure I had breakfast every day to stop ridiculous over eating of biscuits and to not over eat. I managed it until the last few days. I haven't weighed myself but will do. Don't think I will have lost any but hopefully not put any on either! My aim for next week is to start exercising by going for a walk every day.

Sorry to hear of the loss of your father in law and that you have been having a stressful time over the last 2 weeks.

Well done for managing to have breakfast.

So sorry to hear of your loss. Don't be hard on yourself, it takes time to get over a stressful time, be kind to yourself.

Well done on achieving breakfasts and good luck with the walks next week, it is good to have something to aim for.

Sorry you have had a tough time. Makes it all the harder to keep focused.

Sounds like a good plan though.. maybe aim for a few walks a week if you dont feel like it one day dont beat yourself up

Thanks for all your lovely supportive comments. Weighed myself yesterday and not as bad as I thought, so feeling a bit better today.🙂
