Hello all,
Well, my first two weeks have not gone well. Very stressful with work and my father in laws funeral, however my aim was to make sure I had breakfast every day to stop ridiculous over eating of biscuits and to not over eat. I managed it until the last few days. I haven't weighed myself but will do. Don't think I will have lost any but hopefully not put any on either! My aim for next week is to start exercising by going for a walk every day.
