To give you some ideas why not have a look at the Daily Diary to see what others are having, there are some great meals posted there. You can find it on the Home page in Events next to the weigh in. If you post your daily plan in the DD you will get lots of support and advice on meals.

Morning Emily, i've just began to track the Nutritional values of foods that i am consuming. I have found that when i can see the difference in Kcal i'm happy to go ahead and to swap the old for the new. When i find a food that i like that is lower in Kcal this helps to make the decision to make the food swap. I've also signed to the weekly weigh in which i'm determined to come back next Thursday to say i've lost something. Hope this helps you a little bit. We are all here to support and cheer you on
