Had a good week started Sunday then couldn't fit another one in till Friday did fine did it again sat struggled but feeling positive bought new trainers, sports bra and top . What gave me the motivation to try again was watching the program with Nick noles and those people training for the marathon haven't seen 2nd programme yet but I'm sure they did great so Can I

I am starting 0-5k with work and first week (even tho I didn't attend due to being ill) they did 30 seconds walking and 30 seconds jogging x 10
