Well done! for taking your first step for it. K5 is going to make you a runner for life you will love running after following the pod casts they are really helpful. Just keep going according to instructions. Don't worry about pains they will be settled down in a day or so carry-on.
I have finished week three and starting 4th week tomorrow. Looking forward for your progress.

I only started the C25K 4 months ago, but have already been able to run a half marathon! I don't run fast, but I love running

Yay, well done on making the start
I started with the C25K program just before Easter and haven't stopped running since! So much so, that I am doing a 10K run locally at the weekend and I can hardly wait!
So stick with it, it may seem daunting at first, but your body really does get used to it.
your doing great, enjoy your run and the camaraderie . Thank you for your encouraging words it's so easy for me to loose momentum but im determined to keep going 🙂
