Dinner tonight was a cod loin (104 cals), home made ratatouille (83 cals), LOTS of green beans (120g = 28 cals) and half a baked potato (110g) with 3g of butter.
Total was 357 calories for this HUGE plateful!
The cod loins were easy to cook - I just placed them on top of the cooking ratatouille and put a lid on the ban and cooked on a simmering heat for 10 more minutes!
