Having a re-boot as I'm on a real plateau and starting to make dumb choices.
Weight today 13st 7.75lbs
How did I manage to publish that? Fat fingers obvs
So....
Starting Weight 17st 4lbs
Today's weight: 13st 7.75lbs Short Term Target: 12st 13.75
Today's BMI: 37.4 Short Term Target: 30
Exercise:
To complete Week 3 of C25K Run 1: done without too much problem
Be active for 30 mins each day
On a good day I log food with MFP and use Map my Walk to monitor exercise, I only additional exercise not my usual day (fairly sedentary).
I'd be grateful to hear your tips for motivation and continually making sensible calorie and exercise choices.
Why not join IndigoBlue61 's re-boot challenge? You'll find it in Pinned Posts, to the right of your screen, bottom, if using a mobile
You've done so well so far Ahmeek2016 . I'd say keep planning ahead, up the exercise of you can by say just 3 minutes a day so in 10 days time you'll be doing an hour per day. It will make all the difference. Stick to low impact fun exercise, walking is great for fat burning. Or disco dancing around the kitchen.
Post lots here if you need a shovel in the right direction.
Keep going, you're so close to your next target.
An excellent week for me. Lost a massive 4lbs which means I'm well on the way to meeting my short term target 12st 13.75.
My BMI is 34 today so that's heading in the right direction.
Today's weigh in saw me top the 4 st mark so I rewarded myself with new trainers for my C25K.
I completed week 3 of C25K and tonight I began week 4 running an enormous 5 mins without stopping. The podcast lady tells me I now run more than I walk in a session. Feels like a great achievement.
Finding the challenges on this site really helpful, I wish I had more time to interact here, I think it'll be a valuable support when my motivation stalls a little.
Right on to next week, aiming for a similar week: to stick to my plan and make sensible food choices; to exercise for at least 30mins each day, should even manage a slot on Thursday this week.
Hi Ahmeek, keep going with the group forum.
Good luck with everything you do.
Have a great weekend,

Well done for joining in.. Wishing you success and
Cheering you on.. 🎉🎉🎉
Thanks Minniewinny. It's good to have support, just what I need to get me back on track.
Another good day. I've only eaten planned calories and walked for 40 mins, pottered in the garden for an hour too. Well done me 😁 . Here's to another good one tomorrow
