Still following the plan, even had a Thorntons Chocolate last night, all within the calorie limit of course. Sometimes feel hungry, but usually within an hour or so of mealtimes which I guess is a good thing. Still walking, at least 2 miles a day, nearly 3.5 the day before yesterday. I have decided to weigh myself monthly and check my measurements fortnightly as otherwise I will be obsessed. I know its not been long but I do feel better. Def eating more veg and fruit. Hope you all are doing ok too.

The first few days are the most difficult as we get used to the new habits. The longer you stick with it the easier it gets. Very well done so far foamfollower 😊 And good luck
