In addition to performing HIIT cardio and resistance, reduce calorie intake by around 500Kcal each day, while also restricting consumption of refined carbohydrate.

Avoid stomach crunches, since they'll only develop the upper abdomen, opting for variations of the plank and movements that involve lowering of the legs (to exercise the lower core).

Equally, mountain climbers (yes, they're hard) and burpees will also help to develop the core, while developing dynamic/explosive strength and endurance.

Hello jack i normally google miley cyrus leg workout i am able to do this as i have a herniated disc but she does several other workouts to whatever you want to workout good luck
