Hello gracierose25 😊 It's frustrating when the scales don't cooperate 😕

Are you following the 12 week plan? It might be worth double checking your BMI and target calories. It's hard when life gets in the way, but you can do this 😊

Good luck

I kept staying the same for a few weeks and going back and fourth for nearly a month but it was just my body not wanting to let me drop from 12st into the 11st barrier. I think it was trying to wind me up and just let me believe I couldn't even get there. Don't worry too much, it does happen. Have you also checked your size measurements, sometimes when the scales stay the same, you still lose inches. if you haven't ever done this it gives you a good reason to do your measurements in case this happens again. Your bmi amounts may have also changed.
