Balance scale

Here is a pic from my activity tracker that also has the balance scale combined.

Basically I weigh myself often (daily) and the scale talks to my tracker and adjusts my activity level for the day via Bluetooth. Apparently you no longer need to count calories.

So I will give it a go but still count calories on the side and give my review in a couple weeks time.
