Hi, I've tried lots of different plans but find them either hard to stick to, complicated or just to much change to soon and I struggle to stick them out.
I recently signed up for a diet plan for beginners, platform plan. the idea of the plan is to introduce small changes to your existing diet. And i'm happy to say it really has worked for me. It is easy to stick too, absolutely simple to follow and i was able to easily manage the small changes in my day to day plan.
I would defanately recommend this plan to anybody who struggles sticking to a plan. It has been designed for beginners so should really help.
